The interview process
Described in candidates’ own words.
“It was a pretty standard process where the recruiter reached out to schedule an interview. After the resume screen he mentioned that I would be speaking with the Hiring Manager and another Senior Product Ops person from the team. These 2 interviews were back to back, each for 30 minutes. The questions were focused on daily Ops challenges faced by Uber and how you would problem solve around them.”Candidate-reported process
“Pretty easy in the early stages - just need to understand basic supply and demand. The analytics test is tougher, but still fine if you are good with Excel. They really focus on your problem solving skills and your ability to "get things done" without much supervision.”Candidate-reported process
“Easy and good with few layers of tech questions. Overall good thing. They will ask about data and logical questions. So overall process of program is needed. 3 total rounds.”Candidate-reported processMore reports lockedRead 300+ more interview experiences
