“First round call was a recruiter screen, then a call with the team lead that had an ad-hoc case study, then another case study. Response times between each step were about 1 week.”Candidate-reported process
“Recruiter screen, then a first round interview with the hiring manager. I got a request for a recruiter screen about three weeks after applying online. The recruiter was great and super helpful, giving details on the role and next steps, including multiple interviews with people in the Uber Ride and Delivery teams. The hiring manager was nice, shared info about expanding the role, and asked lots of questions to understand my previous experience. About a week and a half later, I got a rejection email and then received feedback after I asked for it, which I really appreciated. I wish the team the best and would be open to applying to another role at Uber again.”Candidate-reported process
