The interview process

Described in candidates’ own words.

Failed at the technical screening round. Recruiter said I will be tested on SQL, but I also got tested on Python. I didn’t prepare well for that interview and I didn’t get moved forward.Candidate-reported process
The initial interview was okay, just some basic python/sql manipulation and writing a simple function in python, plus a few causal inference case questions. But it seems the hiring manager might be a bit picky even if you get along well and can answer his questions relatively decently. As you can see from other reviews, it looks like the interview request rate is pretty high while the rejection rate during the interview process is VERY high.Candidate-reported process
Made it to the final interview loop, which was six different interviews spread over two days. About three weeks later I had a call with the recruiter where they went over my feedback and said it was positive across the board, and that they were interviewing one more candidate before making a final decision. It’s now been three weeks since that feedback call and I still haven’t heard anything despite multiple follow ups. I feel really disappointed that I was ghosted and honestly I feel like I would’ve rather just been rejected instead of being strung along for so long after they made it sound like I had a good chance.Candidate-reported process
