“The interview was online and time-boxed, in a typical American style. The interviewers were good, and the environment wasn't stressful. Overall, it was a positive experience, but it was disappointing that no feedback was given after I wasn't selected for the next round.”Candidate-reported process
“I just spoke with a Morgan Stanley recruiter and the initial interview was really bad. The recruiter seemed to be calling from an offshore call center with a lot of background noise, making it sound like I was talking to a call center rep. They also didn't seem to have reviewed my resume, asking for basic info that was already there, and they even mispronounced my last employer's name, which is publicly traded. On top of that, the recruiter didn't understand how contracting roles work in Canada. Given these questions and the overall unprofessionalism, I've decided not to proceed with this opportunity.”Candidate-reported process
