“The interview process had three parts. First, a 30-minute background question session that dug deep into my previous job. Then, a 15-minute HackerRank challenge where I had to solve a medium problem in a language I chose. Finally, a 15-minute behavior question about handling conflicts with teammates.”Candidate-reported process
“Round 1 had aptitude, debugging, and coding. Debugging was pretty easy. Aptitude had pattern recognition, scheduling, and basic quantitative stuff. The coding round had five hard problems needing good logic and advanced skills.”Candidate-reported process
“The interview process was extremely long, I started applying to other places. I was dragged through three technical assessments, one of which was in person. The questions were really tricky, they were not trying to test my analytical skills but mostly my memorization of the theoretical part. The analytical interview was amazingly complex but I got through (they asked to build a web app, integrate Redux and api calls) live, in an online editor while sharing my screen. They don't care for you as an individual and that says a lot about their work culture.
