It started with a design problem, then a presentation of my solution, then a portfolio presentation, and after that multiple one on one or small group interviews that went on all day. “The interview process for the Designer role in Oslo is set up to evaluate both creative skills and how you fit with the team. It starts with an initial screening call to talk about your background, interests, and how well you match the role. If you move forward, you’ll be given a design task to demonstrate your problem-solving and visual design abilities. After that, you’ll have one or two detailed interviews with team members, where you’ll present your portfolio, explain your design thinking, and take part in collaborative design challenges.
