The interview process
Described in candidates’ own words.
“The interview process was very organized, and I was also given a lot of information on how to prepare for the interview, which was mostly focused on testing soft skills. I was told I passed the interview, and that I would be part of a pool of candidates they would keep in case an opportunity became available. That was not clear at the beginning of the process, when it seemed like they had a specific role I was interviewing for. I was never contacted again.”Candidate-reported process
“it was nice interview process hr was polite and all good for freshers to begin the career in technology field and new emerging trends i like the HR process and the resume shortlisting process”Candidate-reported process
“3 rounds - recruiter, hiring manager, stakeholders. overall good but they were looking for a very specific experience (which I did not have) that should have been the gate from the start.”Candidate-reported processMore reports lockedRead 300+ more interview experiences
