The interview process
Described in candidates’ own words.
“Very easy interviews only experience based questions were asked. 4 rounds all from US. Brush up on protocol over views, data centre systems, debug and diagnostic flows.”Candidate-reported process
“I got invited straight to the final round. Then there were three sessions, each 45 minutes, with a 15-minute break in between. It was a tough process but overall a really exciting experience.”Candidate-reported process
“I got a call from HR that my resume got shortlisted and I received an invitation. There were two rounds scheduled. First round went really well. For the second round I joined but interviewer didn’t show up. I requested a follow up reschedule on interview availability but there is no response, HR keeps saying we are finding a slot but it never happened. It’s more than a month but HR/Recruiter didn’t say anything whether interview will move forward or not. This is very unprofessional, I understand the busyness but it’s always good to come back with data in a min time frame on interview process. Didn’t expect this with big MNCs.”Candidate-reported processMore reports lockedRead 300+ more interview experiences
