The interview process

Described in candidates’ own words.

Long process, went about 4 months — mostly because of my own scheduling needs and wanting time to prep. The flow was: Recruiter screen, then a Technical screen (product sense and analytical thinking), then a full loop (product sense, analytical thinking, L&D), then a follow-up (analytical thinking). Now I’m in team match.Candidate-reported process
Rigorous, four-pillar interview process: Product Sense (design and innovation), Execution (goals and trade-offs), Leadership & Drive (behavioral), and Product Strategy. It emphasizes "Meta-scale" thinking, data-driven prioritization, and cultural fit with their fast-paced, impact-focused mission.Candidate-reported process
Wasn't too great, interviewers were always late. I really didn't like that. After the second round of interviews I chose not to continue. Overall terrible experience. Wish it was better.Candidate-reported process
