The interview process

Described in candidates’ own words.

The interview process was organized and moved pretty quickly overall. After I submitted my application online, a recruiter reached out to me for an initial screening. The recruiter gave an overview of the internship program, explained the team structure, and asked a few questions about my background, interests, and availability. It was mostly a conversational chat and focused on confirming my eligibility and motivation.Candidate-reported process
Nice guy, kinda tricky and went pretty deep into implementation but still low pressure and relaxed environment. It was both technical and coding focused. Only concern is it didn't really match the "prep" guide they give you.Candidate-reported process
Three technical tests and an initial phone screen were given. It was a pretty impersonal and interviewer-dependent process. Overall it was a somewhat enjoyable experience, even though 2/3 interviewers were not very friendly.Candidate-reported process
