“Mostly behavioral questions, pretty clearly listed on the careers page. Coding interview was not a big focus and there were also system design interviews. Team matching happens only after the interview. Several recruiters were involved.”Candidate-reported process
“I didn’t feel like they really cared to interview me. I only got to the screening stage. For the behavioural part, the interviewer just asked questions with no follow ups, so it felt very one sided. For the systems design part, the question was only verbally explained, so it took a bit of time to understand.
