The interview process
Described in candidates’ own words.
“The HR rep was really nice and asked me to send over my resume. Then, they just asked two things: an introduction and why I was interested in Macy's.”Candidate-reported process
“The interview process was really great. I spoke with about 5 people, and then we had an in-person interview. All in all, it was a really great experience. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to break into the fashion industry.”Candidate-reported process
“The interview process had two parts. First was a behavioral part. Then, there was a worksheet that I had to complete before the interview. The worksheet asked me to look at the macys website and identify its strengths and weaknesses. It also asked for improvements and suggestions. The whole thing was about 45 minutes, done virtually, and felt very casual.”Candidate-reported processMore reports lockedRead 300+ more interview experiences
