The interview process

Described in candidates’ own words.

I was asked what made me interested in being a part of this company. I responded that I can display my skills at meeting customer needs and providing good customer service.Candidate-reported process
So after applying online, you gotta do this assessment thing. Then there's a phone screening, and if you pass that, you come in for an in-person interview with the store manager. We'll chat about your past experiences, how you work with others, and how you deal with customers. You'll also get some situational questions to see how you'd handle things, and show us your problem-solving skills. We'll go over your availability too. If all goes well, you get a job offer, then you do onboarding, and start training on how to do things on the sales floor.Candidate-reported process
The interview process was very quick and easy. After submitting my application, I received an email and then scheduled a phone interview. The manager seemed very relaxed, explaining the job expectations and asking if I was okay with completing the tasks. It was a very breezy process, and I was able to secure an offer.Candidate-reported process
