“So the HSBC interview process kicks off with an online application, then there are some online tests - aptitude, technical, and situational judgment ones. If you pass that, you'll have video or panel interviews where they'll ask you technical, behavioral, and project-based questions, and then there's an HR round. After that, if all goes well, they'll give you an offer, do a background check, and then onboarding.”Candidate-reported process
