“So first there's an application and an online test. Then you might have a video interview or go to an assessment centre. Sometimes there's also a technical interview or a manager interview, it just depends on the job and how senior it is. Most of the time it includes a screening, aptitude and behavioural tests, and then final interviews where you have to show what you know with examples and the STAR method.”Candidate-reported process
