The interview process

Described in candidates’ own words.

Screening with recruiter, then 1 interview with hiring manager/peer, then 1 interview with XFN, each 30-40 min. After every interview, the recruiter will follow up to ask you for feedback. Everyone was super nice, very laid back casual interview, and they will give enough time for you to ask any questions.Candidate-reported process
I had one interview with the recruiter, and then 4 more interview rounds (including with the hiring manager and the director). The interview process went pretty fast, but it still took about a month or two before I finally got the offer for the role.Candidate-reported process
Great interview process! Very thorough with awesome questions. They made you feel comfortable during the whole process. Sometimes these interviews can be extremely long and grudgingly boring, but I assume it is to weed out incapable or subpar candidates.Candidate-reported process
