The interview process
Described in candidates’ own words.
“the interview process was pretty efficient, with 3 rounds happening in under a month. it wasn't super technical, mostly focused on seeing if I was interested in markets.”Candidate-reported process
“So after the 500-word motivational thing, there was a HireVue interview. It was super tough, likely because it was the only round. They asked questions like what would you do if a client asked you to do something that breaches company policies, or how you would contribute in a group project where you were not the leader. Each question was long with 3-4 bullet points with extra info to include. The last part was a technical question, mine was to pitch a stock about any financial product.”Candidate-reported process
“You start with a short written statement, then load up your CV with all your experience and education details. After that, there's a standard HireVue interview, which is an automated online interview that humans review. This whole process was quicker than at other companies.”Candidate-reported processMore reports lockedRead 300+ more interview experiences
