The interview process
Described in candidates’ own words.
“The interview process at Epic aims to ensure you make a good choice about working with them. It started with a phone call with one of their employees. After that, I took an online computer test. The final interviews included a session with the translator team, which was a great opportunity to ask anything I needed to know about the actual job. The HR team in Verona also provided excellent support.”Candidate-reported process
“First, there's a quick phone chat to go over your application, check if you're okay with moving, and ask about your translation experience areas. After that, you'll take a supervised 3-part test, covering coding tasks, brain teasers, and translating English sentences.”Candidate-reported process
“The interview process started with a 30-minute phone screening where they talked about the job and you asked questions. Then, there was a skills assessment that could take up to 3.5 hours, testing translation, math, and technical learning like programming. They said they don't give results to keep things fair. After that, there was a second interview on campus, which took months to even get to, and included a tour.”Candidate-reported processMore reports lockedRead 300+ more interview experiences
