The interview process
Described in candidates’ own words.
“The interview process was quite lengthy and felt like they were trying to mold candidates into a certain way of thinking. It started with an application, followed by a personality test. Then, a two-hour standardized test with three sections was administered. Successful candidates from this test moved on to two interviews.”Candidate-reported process
“First, there's a seminar about the job responsibilities. Then, you'll do a Rembrandt test with behavioral questions and some strange analogies. You'll also take a skills assessment with logic and reasoning questions.”Candidate-reported process
“First, there was an intro to the company's business and product, which took about an hour. After that, we did a group case study, then I gave my chosen presentation, and it wrapped up with standard behavioral and interview questions.”Candidate-reported processMore reports lockedRead 300+ more interview experiences
