The interview process
Described in candidates’ own words.
“It was pretty simple. First, I had a call with a hiring manager, and we talked about my career plans, what I want to be, and why I'm into Enterprise. Then, there was a Zoom meeting where they hit me with competency questions about my communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. The last part was visiting a branch to see how things work daily, and then I had a face-to-face chat with a regional manager.”Candidate-reported process
“I had a panel interview with two women who were very nice. It was a relaxed interview, but I was feeling unwell and couldn't think straight, so I didn't get the job.”Candidate-reported process
“The interview process was pretty straightforward, consisting of 3 parts. Each interviewer was very good at explaining the structure and what the job entails, making it easy to understand. Everything seemed good.”Candidate-reported processMore reports lockedRead 300+ more interview experiences
