The interview process

Described in candidates’ own words.

1 - Applied to a different team but wasn't a good fit and got referred to another team instead. 2 - They scheduled an interview with the hiring manager, and if that went well it would lead to 6 more interviews with engineers. 3 - I didn't make it past the technical screen for my level.Candidate-reported process
Interview was over zoom. Recruiter was super friendly in the phone screen. Engineer was also nice. He did push pretty hard for answers, but then explained each one afterwards. Didn’t ask any behavioral or star style questions.Candidate-reported process
