The interview process

Described in candidates’ own words.

Great experience from beginning to end. From application to informal offer in 5 weeks. First interview was directly with the manager, then a panel interview with 6 different employees, from managers to technical staff from different angles (different teams involved). Even though I studied really hard for the interviews, the questions were all related to logical application of my previous knowledge, so I actually didn’t need to study for them. Kind people who put me at ease from the start.Candidate-reported process
Somewhat difficult, but everyone was super nice. I suggest practicing code and a few behavioral questions. I asked 2 questions both times and they seemed impressed by that too. Talking through my thought process out loud seemed to go over well.Candidate-reported process
It was good and they just asked simple questions about designing the things. The difficulty was medium; if you have a basic understanding of the domain, then you would be fine. All the best to everyone!Candidate-reported process
