“Typical process: 1–2 phone screens and/or role-specific online assessments, followed by a multi-interviewer ‘interview loop’ of about 4–6 × 45–60-minute sessions. Rounds combine SQL/analytics case work and behavioral questions tied to Amazon’s 16 Leadership Principles (answered with the STAR method).
